Drains Concept 1

This is a concept for a game idea that I have called "Drains." It's about how Neptune, the evil twin brother to the King of the Sea, Poseidon, one day staged a coup and took over. Then he flooded the world so he controlled everything. Now it's up to the protagonists to unplug the 9 mystical drains around the world so the water level can go back to normal.

He's Neptune, (new) ruler of the sea.
